Chris Pratt and Russell Wilson Did the Most Wonderful Thing for These Sick Children
He may be one of the biggest movie stars thanks to JURASSIC WORLD and GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY, but that isn’t going to Chris Pratt’s head. Along with Seattle Seahawks Quarterback Russell Wilson and pop-star Ciara, Pratt visited the Seattle Children’s hospital to deliver presents to children who won’t be able to be home for Christmas. All three individuals are professing Christians and graciously gave gifts to 300 children at the hospital, adding on Instagram photos that fans should “say a prayer for all those kids who don’t get to be at home for Xmas.”

Pratt, who’s known for posting bible verses on his Instagram and Facebook accounts added Psalm 37:3-4 to his picture, “Trust in the LORD, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. Also delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”
Pratt and his wife Anna Farris are no strangers to child illnesses. Their son Jack was born prematurely, with and Pratt and his wife not knowing if he’d make it.
“We were scared for a long time. We prayed a lot,” Pratt said. “It restored my faith in God, not that it needed to be restored, but it really redefined it. The baby was so beautiful to us, and I look back at the photos of him, and it must have been jarring for other people to come in and see him, but to us he was so beautiful and perfect.”
Movieguide® applauds Pratt, Wilson and Ciara for living out the Gospel in this way.
