Gary Sinise Foundation’s Snowball Express Takes Families Of Fallen Warriors To Disney World!

Families of fallen service members are currently departing from airports across the country en route to the Most Magical Place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, as part of Gary Sinise Foundation Snowball Express. Transported to and from Orlando aboard the red, white, and blue of our partner, @americanair, the annual 5-day trip honors the children and surviving spouses of fallen military heroes who gave their life while in service to the nation. With the passing of each day, children and spouses come together in support of one another, bonding over their loss while building lasting friendships and sharing happy memories along the way. #GSFSBE #SnowballExpress

Gary Sinise Foundation Snowball Express (GSF SBE) families are soaking up the magic at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. After arriving yesterday from locations across the country, families of fallen military heroes are taking the day to honor the lives of lost service members who are memorialized in the Remembrance Garden. On Sunday evening, Gold Star families taking part in Gary Sinise Foundation Snowball Express (GSF SBE) at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, visited Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Some took a prehistoric trip to DinoLand U.S.A. while others explored Pandora: World of Avatar and Expedition Everest. After a good night’s rest, they hit the ground running today inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios and the Magic Kingdom. Roving between Toy Story Land to ride Alien Swirling Saucers and Slinky Dog Dash, to then checking out the newly-opened Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge to get up close and personal with the Millenium Falcon and an X-Wing, children and their parents were all smiles as they enjoyed the attractions and sights and sounds they’ll forever remember. With two more days remaining, GSF SBE families have plenty more excitement to look forward to and many memories to share while at the Most Magical Place on Earth. #GSFSBE #SnowballExpress
