BRINGING UP BATES stars Josie and Kelton Balka are expecting Baby No. 3!
“Balka, Party of Five!!” Josie captioned her Instagram pregnancy announcement video.
The sweet video shows clips of the family hugging and looking at an ultrasound image of the baby.
She shared some more photos of her family, including daughters Willow, 4, and Hazel, 2, on Instagram, writing, “Baby Balka coming early March.”
The couple welcomed Hazel in 2021 after suffering a previous miscarriage.
“After so many months of dreaming about what it would be like as a family of four and anticipating Hazel’s arrival, we are so thrilled to finally meet her!” the couple wrote in an Instagram post. “God has answered so many of our prayers throughout this journey, and it was such a tender and emotional experience to finally hold her.”

BRINGING UP BATES’ Josie and Kelton Balka celebrated answered prayers as they brought their daughter Hazel home from the hospital after her fight with jaundice and high levels of bilirubin.
Two days after her initial post, Josie gave an update via her Instagram about Hazel’s condition.
“Routine bloodwork in the first trimester revealed that Hazel’s pregnancy was complicated by an exceedingly rare blood condition, unlike anything the doctors had seen before. Basically, for reasons unknown and possibly as a result of our previous miscarriage, Josie’s blood and Hazel’s were fighting against each other,” Josie said on Instagram.
Hazel is now home with her parents and older sister Willow.
Josie said, “Baby Hazel is going home!! ??? We are praising Jesus for so many answered prayers, and we’re so thankful to be taking a healthy baby home today!”
The couple also celebrated Willow’s birth in 2019, telling People, “We are so thankful to God for our little blessing and can’t wait to start our journey as a family of three.”
