More Detail:
The episode “End of Honor” of Amazon’s JACK RYAN program follows the horrific Islamist attack on the church that killed more than 300 men, women and children. Jack Ryan feels guilty because he knows Suleiman’s brother had something to do with it, and he killed him in self-defense. Jack gets the idea to try to contact Suleiman after discovering the brothers would communicate through a video game chat room. Since Suleiman doesn’t know his brother was killed, maybe they can trap him. Meanwhile, Hanin is still on the run from her husband and is seeking refuge in Turkey, but someone is on her trail.
“End of Honor” is better than the previous episode and gives some further backstory to Suleiman and his brother. There’s still time spent with the drone pilot who feels guilty for killing a man who he discovered wasn’t the right target. As an audience, viewers are still not told how this man ties into the main plot. This episode still has several “f” words. Also, there’s lots of Islamic dialogue. So, MOVIEGUIDE® advises strong caution.
