Jaguars RB Thanks God for Win as Faith Changes His Game

The Jacksonville Jaguars recorded their first win on Sunday in a game against the Indianapolis Colts with a thrilling 37-34 victory.
For Jaguars running back Tank Bigsby, the win is a gift from God.
“First I just want to start by thanking God for this opportunity,” he said in a post-game interview. “And thank my teammates for being together — playing together. The sky is the limit when you keep God first and you live the right way.”
“Bigsby rushed for 101 yards on 13 carries on a day that included his first two touchdowns of the season,” Sports Spectrum said of his plays during the game. “The first came on a 19-yard rush up the middle in the third quarter, powering through the Colts’ defensive secondary to put the Jags up 10. Bigsby’s second score came on a 65-yard scamper with 5:09 remaining in the game to give Jacksonville a seemingly insurmountable 34-20 lead.”

Bigsby added later, “I’m very blessed to be here and blessed for this opportunity.”
When asked how he has improved since his rookie year, he said that faith has made all the difference.
“I feel like I’m playing with a lot of confidence, and that starts with my faith,” he explained. “It starts with faith. I got a lot of faith in God and my ability in working. I feel like if I put the work in, He’ll handle the rest. And I just lay it in His hands. So I have a lot of faith and a lot of confidence.”
In a new Instagram post featuring photos from Sunday’s match-up, Bigsby wrote, “Blessing on blessing ??#heisworking,” a hashtag he often uses on his posts.
The Jaguars will play in London this Sunday against the Chicago Bears.
“There’s a lot more out there that we’re gonna watch on film,” Bigsby said after the game with the Colts, “and try to go to London and, God willing, get another one.”
