GAF’s A VINTAGE CHRISTMAS Stars Share What Got Them Laughing On Set

The stars of Great American Family’s A VINTAGE CHRISTMAS are sharing some of their favorite moments from the set.

“I’ve laughed a lot,” Merritt Patterson, who plays Tessa, said in a video shared on Facebook. “That’s always a highlight for me.”

Christopher Russell, who plays Noah, shared his own favorite funny moment from the set.

“Our 2nd AD, Lenny, is also a DJ,” he explained. “He would be hitting the beats in between takes, and I enjoyed strutting through that atmosphere on my way to set. Made me feel like I was kind of walking into the ring, you know? ‘I’m about to celebrate Christmas!’”

A synopsis of A VINTAGE CHRISTMAS reads, “Tessa (Patterson) is a dedicated historian and preservationist in her hometown of Oak Creek, an old-fashioned and passionate protector of the nostalgic. Sparks fly when a business developer, Noah (Russell) arrives in Oak Creek with plans to tear down an abandoned Post Office and replace it with a sleek, modern office complex. There are internal and external struggles among many in the community to arrive at a solution that serves the greater good for all concerned. As the clock ticks toward Christmas, the race to settle the dispute through concessions and compromise is on.”
