Christian Music Legends Headline CMA COUNTRY CHRISTMAS

CMA COUNTRY CHRISTMAS is gearing up for its 15th year, and it boasts a very special lineup.
Amy Grant and Trisha Yearwood will host the event which airs Tuesday, Dec. 3, at 7/8c on ABC. The show will be available Dec. 4 on Hulu and Disney +.
“Alongside the night’s hosts, the lineup includes for KING + COUNTRY with Carin León (‘O Come, O Come Emmanuel’), Cody Johnson (‘White Christmas’) and (‘I’ll Be Home For Christmas’), Ashley McBryde and Brittney Spencer (‘Man With The Bag’), Jon Pardi (‘400 Horsepower Sleigh’) and CeCe Winans (‘Joy To The World’),” CMA said.
Grant, a six-time Grammy winner, and Yearwood, a three-time Grammy winner, will also perform several Christmas hits including “Sing Your Praise to The Lord” and “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town.”
In addition to this celebration, Grant is also set to host ABC Audio’s “When I Think of Christmas Holiday Special,” running Christmas week.
“The special features the all the best new holiday music from artists like Gabby Barrett, Dan + Shay and Megan Moroney, plus old favorites and songs from Grant and Vince Gill’s new holiday album When I Think of Christmas, a treasury of seasonal songs that capture the spirit of their much-loved ‘Christmas at the Ryman’ concerts,” CCM Magazine reported. “In addition, stars like Parker McCollum, Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood, Chris Janson, Kane Brown, Lainey Wilson and Thomas Rhett will be sharing memories and thoughts on holiday decorating, gifts, traditions, music and more!”
“Christmas music is a portal to wonder and awe,” she told Fox News, “to nostalgia and ‘remember when,’ to hope and how-we-wish-it-could-be… And because we return to the same playlists year after year, those songs have become the backdrop for our collective memories of gathering, of family, of gift giving, of celebration and solitude.”
