Former Miss USA and THE VALLEY star Nia Sanchez and her husband Daniel Booko are expecting their fourth baby.

The couple are mom and dad to Asher, 3, and twin girls, Isabelle and Zariah, 18 months.

“It was a complete surprise,” Sanchez told Us Weekly. “I was shocked but I knew that Daniel would have a full mix of emotions. So I told him on his birthday — exactly a week after I found out.”

“We had a plan. This was a little bit earlier than our plan. But we figured this baby needed to come at a certain time. Just a little earlier than planned,” Sanchez noted.

Booko added that they may have more than four, joking, “I think we’re just gonna go for a football team.”

Sanchez’s last pregnancy was difficult.

“While pregnant with her twin girls, the former Miss USA and her husband shared a YouTube vlog detailing a difficult diagnosis she received in March 2023,” PEOPLE reported.

“We got some news on Tuesday, and today is Friday. Would you like to share so I can keep it together?” Sanchez asked her husband in the video. “On Tuesday, we were diagnosed with TAPS,” he said.

Sanchez twin’s had twin anemia polycythemia sequence, which Hopkins Medicine describes as unequal blood counts between twins in the womb.

“This means one twin is not receiving the appropriate amount of oxygen and nutrients it needs to develop properly,” Hopkins said.

“We’re in stage one of that. That was not good news,” Booko said. “But we’ve been praying that it normalizes by itself, and that’s what we’re going to check right now.”

But a few months later, the twins arrived safe and healthy.

The couple shared on Instagram, “We are absolutely in love and have been soaking up every magical moment with these little ones. We can’t wait to share more soon!”

Sanchez and Booko are Christians and talk about their faith on Sanchez’s podcast, “Hold My Crown.”

Sanchez believes God brought her and Booko together at just the right time.

“Everything else kind of fell into place, and we met each other at church,” Sanchez said. “Really a lot of it is the patience game and just pursuing a relationship with God and then he will put the man in your life at the right time because Daniel and I always say, like, if we had met each other six months earlier, we wouldn’t have been ready for each other. It’s all God’s timing.”
