SPIDER-MAN Star Breaks Up Fight in Real Life

Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man might be saving people on the big screen, but actor Tom Holland is making a difference in real life.

The SPIDER-MAN actor once broke up a fight at a Los Angeles Whole Foods thanks, in part, to his iconic portrayal of the web-slinger.

“They’re like going at it, right behind me,” Holland recalled in an interview with Men’s Health. The 28-year-old actor jumped between the men and led one away. “I can see that he’s recognized me immediately, and you could see the wheels turning, like, ‘I’m really angry, but Spider-Man is telling me to calm down.’”

Holland recently took a break from acting, explaining that “It was just something I needed to do. I had been acting flat out since I was 11.”

But now he’s gearing up for a busy 2025.

“He has appeared in three SPIDER-MAN movies and will be filming a fourth this year. He will also shoot Christopher Nolan’s THE ODESSEY sometime in 2025. These projects will mark Holland’s first movie gigs in over a year,” Deadline reported.

Holland used this Christmas season to help people in need through his family’s Brothers Trust organization, an organization that uses the actor’s popularity to “shine a light on and to help charities who struggle to be heard in the noisy not-for-profit sector.”

Holland posted a video of one of the organization’s events to his Instagram last week, where he hosted a VIP screening of SPIDER-MAN for a collaboration of charities who help children.

“My favourite day of the year. Thank you to all our @thebrotherstrust team for continuing to make an impact on so many lives all around the world. Days like this make it so special and making memories with our extended brothers trust family is the best. See you all next year,” he wrote.
