America’s favorite duck hunting family is back with a new series on A&E next month, arriving May 28 at 9 p.m.
The series will have at least two seasons. It’s been eight years since the original DUCK DYNASTY show stopped, according to Deadline.
“With their dynasty expanding into more than just ducks,” a press release stated previously, “Willie and Korie will bring their signature humor and family fun as they grapple with mapping out the future of Duck Commander, watching the kids navigate marriage, children and businesses of their own, and passing down the family legacy.”
The new show still centers on Willie and Korie Robertson, now with their kids and brood of grandkids at their Louisiana homestead.
The series will go a little deeper than comedic antics, as the Robertsons offer support to their kids and extended family. However, the difference in generations might cause a clash every now and then.
The show will bring back Uncle Si, John Luke, Sadie, Will, Bella, Rebecca and Miss Kay. Grandpa Phil will not be featured, as he faces a battle with Alzheimer’s and other health issues. TV Insider reported the new faces will be the Robertson’s grandkids, Honey, Haven, John, Wells, Ella, Zane and Holland. Sadie is currently expecting her third baby, who might be introduced in Season 2 or the following seasons.

The original series aired for 11 seasons on A&E before the Robertsons ended the show in 2017. At its highest point in 2013, the show had 11.8 million viewers.
“It was a whirlwind and it was fun because we were getting to do it as a family,” Korie told E! News in 2023. “But it did feel like it was time for us to pull everything back.”
“We’ve grown into who we are all as individuals, what we’re all passionate about and that might not have happened if we were still doing the same thing,” Sadie told E! in 2023. “So it’s fun to get through new things in life and start new things and see where that grows and takes us and now we’ll see what the future holds.”
Wheelhouse’s Spoke Studios and Tread Lively Productions produce DUCK DYNASTY: THE REVIVAL. Spoke Studios’ Brent Montgomery, Courtney White, Will Nothacker and Gardner Reed executive produce, and Jeff Conroy serves as showrunner and executive producer.

Whatever the Robertsons have in store for THE REVIVAL, fans can be sure that their faith will take center stage.
