Siblings Hailie and Haiden Deegan joined Fox & Friends in New York City on National Sibling Day to talk about the family business: motorsports.
Hailie is currently competing in the 2025 Indy NXT race series and is best known for NASCAR stock car racing. Haiden is a motorcycle racer presently competing in the AMA Supercross and Motocross championships.
“It’s wild,” Hailie said of being one of the only females in the stock car racing industry. “There are definitely not many girls out there trying to represent the females in the sport, and showing other girls it’s possible is awesome because there aren’t many of them in racing and very far and few opportunities. And it’s definitely super hard, super physical, and so it’s definitely a challenge, but I love it.”
Haiden, on the other hand, took on dirt biking just like his dad, Brian Deegan, after watching him do freestyle tricks.
“I didn’t take the freestyle route,” Haiden admitted. “I went racing because tricks aren’t really my thing. You know, I like racing and winning races and being the top dog.”
The Deegans also posted about their experienced in New York promoting the action sports industry in a YouTube video.
“That was the first time we’ve been on the news together as a family,” Brian said. “We watch Fox News…so it’s cool to be on it. I like what they stand for…so it’s cool to come down here and support it and promote Supercross and all of Haiden and Hailie’s sponsors.”
After the interview, the Deegans made their over to Philadelphia for Haiden’s Supercross race. He finished on the podium in second place and extended his championship lead.
Once the weekend concluded, Hailie and Haiden’s dad, Brian, took to Instagram to reflect on an incredible three days.
“That was one of the busiest weekends we have had in a long time. What an awesome experience getting to check out NYC and do the SMX / Indy NXT media tour. I know being a Racer you just wanna focus on winning races but to really to build a sport it helps when you get outside the box,” he wrote in an Instagram post.

“It’s been a pretty intense season watching Haiden manage a championship and we’re just in the first part of the year,” the father of three added. “It’s cool to see Hailie grow up to be a strong woman kicking butt in the business and racing world.”
“It’s easy to show all the good things, but I promise you there’s been a ton of hurdles for everyone along the way,” Brian concluded. “The most important thing is family first! All the other stuff is cool, but without God and family it’s all dust in the wind I promise you that.”
Hailie’s NXT Indy car race will be on May 4 in Birmingham, Alabama. Haiden will race May 3 in Denver, Colorado, and will hope to extend his championship lead even further to win his first-ever AMA Supercross Title. As for Brian, he continues to support all three of his kids in all they do and pushes them to keep God at the center of their lives.
