X-GAMES 3D: THE MOVIE is a documentary of the world of extreme sports including motor x, snowboarding, rally cars, and skateboarding. The world’s greatest extreme sports athletes compete in the X-Games, the Superbowl of death defying stunts. The movie features amazing footage as the athletes race, drive motorcycles up ramps doing leaps in the air, snowboarding off extreme heights, and other seemingly impossible turns in mid-air. They are not always successful and their crashes are chronicled as well. In addition to footage of the actual competition, X-GAMES 3D: THE MOVIE gives a unique behind-the-scenes look at the athletes preparing to compete. They talk about their triumphs and their failures, encouraging viewers to pursue their own dreams.

X-GAMES 3D authentically captures the extreme sports by providing point of view shots and aerial shots that are more “real” than if you were in the stadiums watching them live. The athletes often discuss how they must continually endure against the odds and persevere even with failures and broken bones. Very young children may be bothered by some of the accidents, but most every family member will be thrilled by the exciting death defying stunts.
