Once upon a time, I specialized in Communications Law after graduating from NYU Law School, but even with this comprehensive background, I found this book to be absolutely eye opening in its carefully reasoned and carefully supported assessments of the various congressional and other federal measures aimed at limiting speech in the United States of America.
