Al Roker Celebrates Son’s 22nd Birthday with Sweet Throwback Photos

TODAY show host Al Roker recently celebrated his son Nick’s 22nd birthday.
“Seems like just yesterday this beautiful boy came into our lives but #justlikethat Nick is 22 years old. #happybirthday my young man,” Roker shared on his social media on July 18.
In the post, Roker included several pictures of Nick through the years.
The anchor constantly shares photos of him and his family.
Earlier this month, Roker posted a photo with Nick and wrote, “As I am finishing my walk, look I see starting his run! So proud of you, my son. And for all of you, like Nick, who work outside in this heat, try to stay cool and #hydrate #hydration and ummm #hydrateagain.”
Many fans and followers commended Roker for the example he sets for his family.
“Al you’re a leader. Teaching Nick to take care of his body and spirit through exercising. ❤️❤️ Keep up the great work,” one person wrote.
“You are a rockstar Dad,” another wrote. “I love all your posts about you and your son. You have an awesome relationship with your son. Smart man! ??”
Last year, Roker became a grandfather to granddaughter, Sky.

One of the TODAY anchor’s favorite memories of his granddaughter is getting to see her crawl for the first time.
“This past weekend she started crawling at our house and it’s like, ‘Oh, this is fantastic!’” he said. “I don’t have to think about the fact that, now I’ve gotta really watch this kid. I mean, I do, but it’s not my 24-hour job.”
“I’m gonna have to start baby proofing,” he continued before adding, “just reliving the joy of discovery of your child, only it’s once removed. So that now it really is just pure joy.”
“At 11:41am a year ago today, I got to fall@in [sic] love all over again in a very special way,” he posted on July 3, Sky’s first birthday. “Thabks [sic] @ouichefroker and @thatteacherwhodjs for the gift of this special girl, Sky.”
