AMC Theaters Cancels NO WAY BACK: THE REALITY OF GENDER-AFFIRMING CARE

AMC Theaters planned to debut a new documentary discussing “gender-affirming care” on June 21. However, AMC Theaters announced they are cancelling the premiere.
The documentary explored some of the dangers of transitioning children and instead supported treating them as their God-given gender. AMC may have been worried about the counter-cultural message and chose instead to cancel it without giving the movie a chance.
The producers of the film stated, “It is quite evident that those undertaking this crusade against this film have not had the courtesy of seeing it before taking such extreme actions to silence it.”
The documentary covers the exploration of gender transitioning in children. It discusses the risks and side effects of cross-sex hormones, surgeries and more.
The film described, “These young people were harmed —injected with powerful compounds and surgically altered; irrevocably changed and turned into lifelong pharmaceutical customers by the doctors they trusted.”
“There is no consensus among all medical providers on how to treat identity disorders in the exploding new cohort of youth with no previous history of dysphoria,” the producers stated in a press release. “Instead of giving a differential diagnosis, or a holistic treatment plan, the doctors quickly prescribe wrong-sex hormones on the 1st appointment.”
Cat Cattinson shared her story of gender dysphoria. She said that she was persuaded that “gender-affirming care” was the right treatment for gender dysphoria.
She recently admitted that Planned Parenthood was her main source for gaining testosterone.
“I called Planned Parenthood, we had about a 30 minute phone conversation, and then I was prescribed testosterone over the phone,” Cattinson stated.
NO WAY BACK seeks to bring awareness to what happened to people like Cattinson.

Brittany Aldean, the mother of two young children named Memphis and Navy, said she would not back down on her stances, even if she receives ridicule.
“Advocating for the genital mutilation of children under the disguise of love and calling it ‘gender-affirming care,’ is one of the worst evils,” Aldean said. “I will always support my children and do what I can to protect their innocence.”
“Some parents want to be accepted by society so badly that they’re willing to make life-altering decisions for their children who aren’t old enough to fully comprehend the consequences of those actions,” Aldean added. “Love is protecting your child until they are mature enough as an adult to make their own life decisions. … Until then, leave children alone.”
