Bethany Hamilton Welcomes Child Number Four, Her First Daughter

Bethany Hamilton gave birth to her fourth child at the end of June, welcoming her first daughter to the world.
“Meet our beautiful daughter Alaya Dorothy Dirks,” Hamilton said on Instagram. “We are feeling really grateful to God for the blessing of family. We are honored for this opportunity to raise our children, to love, serve, protect and guide them through life.”
The post was accompanied by a montage of Alaya’s first few days at home, including snippets of Hamilton’s sons holding their new baby sister.
The family has since been settling in as they welcome the newest addition to their crew.
“The last couple of weeks with Alaya have been so sweet! We love our sweet little girl!” Hamilton posted last week with a photo of her daughter sleeping on her chest.
Fans can expect to see more of baby Alaya soon as Hamilton’s Instagram is filled with pictures of her and her family.
