CeCe Winans Reminds Us ‘When Jesus Shows up, Everything Changes’

CeCe Winans knows God is the true giver of life and wouldn’t change knowing Him for the world.
“When Jesus shows up, everything changes,” Winans explained on PRAISE last year. “If you’re hopeless, He gives you hope. If you’re down, He lifts you up, and He gives you life.”
“He is a life-giver. So, I always tell people it’s not about religion. It’s about a relationship,” the Movieguide® Awards performer said. “When you let Jesus into your heart and you allow Him to be the Lord of your life, then He’s going to change your life, and He’ll give you abundant life.”
The singer has confidence that the life God gives is “eternal” and his love is never-ending.
“So I just tell anybody, I tell everybody: ‘I don’t care who you are or where you come from, if you say yes to Jesus, it will be the best decision you have ever made and the best one you will ever make for the rest of your life. I guarantee you that.’”

The “Goodness of God” singer recently shared the gospel at Nashville Life Church.
She spoke about why it’s important to “to be following & living out the Word of God daily…to have power over the enemy & strengthen our spiritual muscles…The less we follow His Word & live it out, the weaker we become & more likely the enemy will have control over us.”
Besides her recent speaking engagements, the artist is always a light for Christ through her music. Currently, Winans is singing in the holiday season with her new Christmas album, Joyful, Joyful, which came out on Oct. 25.
