Katherine Schwarzenegger Starts New Thanksgiving Tradition with Chris Pratt

With Thanksgiving quickly approaching, Chris Pratt’s wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, shared a new tradition she plans to start this holiday season.
“I’ll tell you what, this Thanksgiving I’m going to throw that apron on [Pratt] and that oven mitt and that’s going to be a big new tradition in our family. He does most of the cooking in the family. So, we have a great kind of combination of me loving to bake,” she joked.
Schwarzenegger has shared her love for baking on social media.
Last week, she posted a video of herself making a cake. “Did my angel food cake turn out amazing? Did I look like a professional in my @cleobella Betty set making it? Did my first attempt need to be scrapped because I didn’t mix my eggs enough? The answer to all these questions are yes!” she wrote in the caption.
Schwarzenegger also talked about her plans to take holiday photos in matching outfits with her daughters, explaining that they haven’t shown any resistance to matching with each other yet.
“Not yet,” she said. “But I also look at myself and I’m 33 and I match my mom and my sister still. [However], I feel like my sister and I went through a phase where we were like, ‘We do not want to be matching.'”
“My mom and my older daughter, Lyla, try to do everything matching. So I’m really excited as we go into this holiday season that they have another outfit to be matching in, because they are very connected in that way,” she added.
Pratt and Schwarzenegger share daughters, Lyla, 3, and Eloise, 17 months.
In a recent Instagram post announcing her collaboration with Cleobella, Schwarzenegger shared photos of her and her daughters in matching clothes.
“From decorating holiday cookies in the kitchen with my girls, to heartfelt conversations around the dinner table with my family, my favorite moments are the ones spent with loved ones,” she wrote.

Chris Pratt recently shared how he was at a low point in his life before God brought him together with his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, at a place of worship.
“I met Katherine, now it’s been. Five, maybe six years ago, and God has a fast-forward button. When it’s right – boom,” Pratt said. “You get hit. You fall in love, you get married. Now we have two beautiful daughters to add to my family, and it feels really great.”
Pratt first met Katherine at church in the spring of 2018.
“You kind of don’t want to be like, ‘Whoa, who’s that?’ at church,” he said. “But I was kind of sneaking some glances, and I’m wondering, ‘Who is that? Anyway, what am I doing? Come on, I’m broken; help me. But who’s that?’ So we kind of hit it off. We didn’t start dating right away, but we met there and then later on, ended up going out.”
