Christian Artist Jordan St. Cyr Releases New Album: ‘The Only Thing I Want To Sing About Is Jesus’

Christian singer Jordan St. Cyr’s music career recently took off after the artist dedicated his music to Christ.
“It was really when I kind of gave my future, my career over to Christ,” St. Cyr told CBN of his recent breakthrough.
Previously, the musician tried making secular music, but St. Cyr eventually said, “OK, I’m done. The only thing I want to sing about is Jesus.”
St. Cyr now leads the charts with his new, self-titled album.
In addition to talking about his music, St. Cyr also shared details about his daughter Emory’s battle with Sturge-Weber Syndrome.
“She has this condition called Sturge-Weber syndrome, an overgrowth of blood vessels on the left side of her face and head, which kind of webs over the left side of her brain, stealing blood away from that side,” St. Cyr said.
Even though Emory’s illness has come with many struggles, St. Cyr’s faith in God has never wavered.
“We’ve been given such a new perspective of pain and suffering and how God walks you through. It’s been a hard but beautiful last few years,” St. Cyr explained. “[It has] revealed such a depth of compassion that we didn’t know existed. It has been a trial, and it has just been such a difficult season. Our hearts have broken in so many ways.”
“We would not change it because the gift that has come — the perspective shift of what pain and suffering and the biblical view of pain and suffering in our lives has just been radically changed for the good,” he continued. “And we’ve just watched what God has done through this little girl already, and we’re blown away.”
