Demi-Leigh Tebow’s New Book Reminds Kids of This Faith-Based Truth

Demi-Leigh Tebow is sharing the important message behind her new children’s book, “Princess Paris Finds Her Purpose.”
“Most children’s worldview have been formed by ages 13 or 14,” she said in an Instagram video. “I wrote ‘Princess Paris Finds Her Purpose’ for parents to pour truth into their children, to share with them, and remind them of their God-given worth and value.”
“Princess Paris Finds Her Purpose” stars Demi’s own Dalmatian, Paris, as she goes on a journey to find her missing crown and learns that it’s what’s inside that counts.
In the video’s caption, Demi wrote, “After writing my first book, ‘A Crown that Lasts,’ with the theme of losing my earthly crowns in order to understand the value of my eternal crown, I thought to myself: How would I explain concepts like identity and purpose to young boys and girls?”
“I wrote this story last January, but as I begin my own journey as a new mom, I’m even more excited about how this truth-filled message will inspire conversations to help children know their true worth and find their true purpose!” she finished.
Demi also spoke to PEOPLE about the book, explaining, “I wrote ‘Princess Paris Finds Her Purpose’ with the hope that it would spark important conversations between parents and children about what truly defines us. A recent Harvard report found that almost 60% of young people feel they lack purpose in their lives. In a world where many children are struggling to find their place, I believe it’s crucial for them to understand that their worth isn’t tied to appearance or possessions.”
In addition to her new book, Demi is celebrating some other big news — she’s going to be a mom! She and husband Tim Tebow announced her pregnancy in a joint Instagram post earlier this month.

Speaking to PEOPLE, Demi said, “I’m so grateful because I just couldn’t imagine a better life partner to do life with first and foremost. To be able to raise a little tiny human being together. I’m so grateful that Tim is my husband…that we get to do parenting together.”
Tim added that they are “honored for the privilege of getting the responsibility and the joy of being mom and dad.”
“She will be extremely loyal and loving. Demi is someone that is extremely determined,” he continued. “When she sets her mind to something, she goes all the way in — and I know that she will do that as a mom, too.”
