Hans Zimmer’s “Simba Is Alive” may sound familiar to those acquainted with classic hymns.
As the joy of Simba’s return emanates through the theaters, some viewers may have heard a few chords of “Great Is Thy Faithfulness.”
Other songs in the live-action movie have spiritual significance, as well.
In “Spirit,” Beyonce Knowles-Carter sings about the “Great I Am” that connects everything.
