Elon Musk Offers SOUND OF FREEDOM Free Promotion on Twitter

Elon Musk responded to a tweet from the SOUND OF FREEDOM Movie account to offer free promotion of the film on the social media platform.
SOUND OF FREEDOM tweeted, “Sound of Freedom comes to theaters July 4th. Help us get 2 million people into theaters opening week to remember the 2 million children who are trafficked each year. Tickets on sale now: http://Angel.com/freedom #2MillionFor2Million”
To which Musk responded with, “I recommend putting it on this platform for free for a brief period or just asking people to subscribe to support (we would not keep any funds).”
The next day the film’s distributor wrote back, “That’s an interesting idea. Let’s chat!”
Since Musk gained the social media platform last year he said his main goal and number one priority is to remove child exploitation content from the platform.
CBN News reported, Neal Harmon, Angel Studios co-founder, additionally responded to Musk, writing, “Thanks for bringing more attention to this true story, the millions of children it represents, and offering this option to us.”
In addition, John Rich wrote on twitter, “Hey @elonmusk I appreciate your acknowledgment of how vitally important this film #SoundOfFreedom is to the world. Would you please retweet the post below? Every adult in America needs to see this movie. You can make a HUGE difference with a click of a button. Thank you!”

SOUND OF FREEDOM actor Jim Caviezel and Producer Eduardo Verastegui sat down with Movieguide®’s Evy Baehr to discuss the heart behind their upcoming movie.
“It’s a biblical story,” Caviezel said. “I love this story because it was like a modern-day part of the Gospel, of truth that has been so watered down and butchered… you walk into this movie, your hair’s gonna stand up. It’s highly entertaining, it’s adventure.”
In this movie based on a true story, Tim Ballard gives up his whole life, quits his job and sells his possessions, so that he can battle the world sex trade. The movie does more than just share Ballard’s story, it asks the question of the audience what they will do to protect the children.
The filmmakers hope that SOUND OF FURY will awaken something in people and lead to a movement that saves the millions of children from the horrors that they are currently enduring.
