Erin Napier Debuts Musical Talent on HOME TOWN Episode

Erin Napier of HGTV’s HOME TOWN showcased a hidden talent on the show’s most recent episode.
“Erin Napier returns to her musical roots, reuniting with high school band members and rocking out like she did years ago in her hometown of Laurel, Mississippi,” Heavy reported.
Napier calls music “her first love” and used to be a part of a band called “Sunday’s Maria.” She got back together with her high school band and performed for the episode.
She revealed a little more about her musical past on Instagram.
“When I was 14, I started playing music at the coffee house in downtown Laurel to earn my money. I did that until I graduated high school, when my interests in art just kind of edged out my interest in music… It just wasn’t where my heart was anymore. It’s been so long since I played. At least a year,” she said in a 2016 post.
In light of the episode that aired May 5, Napier took to Instagram with a photo of her playing guitar.
“We’re getting my high school band back together with a few bonus members (and one is a surprise — I’ve loved his music for YEARS!) Brad and I grew up together, and tonight we make his bachelor pad less country cottage, more grown up and… Bradgical,” she wrote.
Many commented their excitement and support of her musical endeavors.
“OMG how many talents do you possess? You are a wonder. And a lovely person,” one user commented.
“Erin, you are just awesome in so many ways. Thank you for always sharing your art and self. Too soon to start the ‘Sunday’s Maria’ long delayed debut EP request?!” another person commented.
The episode is titled “Do You Believe in Bradgic?” A synopsis of the episode reads
“The Napiers transform a spartan bachelor pad into a moody, customized home,” a synopsis reads.
“Make it professional, masculine, creative, layered, mysterious, unexpected, the opposite of vanilla and fresh eggs on the farm, @bradsmithmedia asked of us,” Napier said of the renovation.

HOME TOWN’s Erin and Ben Napier are sharing their “true test of marriage.”
“You know they say the true test of a marriage is painting a room together,” Ben said in a behind-the-scenes clip posted by HGTV.
Erin added, “No, it’s hanging curtains.”
The video shows the couple trying to hang a curtain rod in a backyard area, but they keep running into problems, from hanging the curtains backward to dropping brackets.
“If you can do it without a cuss out, you’re gonna make it,” Erin joked.
