HGTV officially revealed that LOVE IT OR LIST IT will be back next month!
“HGTV will usher in a new era of real estate rivalry when LOVE IT OR LIST IT returns for a long-awaited new season on Monday, April 21, at 10 p.m. ET/PT,” a press release from the network reads.
Parade reported that this season will be “a battle between real estate and home design,” adding, “‘Fed up families’ with a dream home wish list will have to choose whether to list their home in favor of new properties, or if their current house can be revamped enough to stay.”
Some fans of the show were hesitant about this upcoming season of LOVE IT OR LIST IT after longtime co-host Hilary Farr announced she was leaving the show after 19 seasons.
However, it looks like replacement Page Turner will be more than a match for co-host David Visentin.
In a sneak peek of the new season, Turner told Visentin, “The journey begins. David, I’m so excited and you know, I think we’re going to learn a lot about each other on this journey.”
Visentin added that she shouldn’t expect him to “make it easy” for her just because she’s new to LOVE IT OR LIST IT.
“Um David, I can say that I have hundreds of flips and renovations under my belt, and I’m not afraid to tell you that I know a thing or two about real estate,” Turner replied, to which Visentin said, “Oh is that right? Well you’re going to need all that experience because you’re going up against me.”
Turner added, “I like a challenge, in fact, I love a challenge.”
”Let’s see if you still love when they say ‘list it,’” Visentin joked.

Turner was announced as Farr’s replacement earlier this year. Her previous credits include stints on FLIP OR FLOP NASHVILLE and ROCK THE BLOCK.
“HGTV fans first came to love Page Turner on FLIP OR FLOP NASHVILLE and FIX MY FLIP and were introduced to her competitive side in two seasons of ROCK THE BLOCK,” head of content at HGTV Loren Ruch said. “Her extensive background in real estate and design will be a superpower as she enters into this celebrated real estate rivalry. We cannot wait to watch her give David a run for his money.”
