It’s official — HENRY DANGER THE MOVIE has a premiere date on Paramount+ and Nickelodeon.
“The feature-length original movie based on the hit live-action series will stream in the U.S. on Paramount+ Friday, Jan. 17, and premiere on Nickelodeon same day at 7 p.m. (ET/PT),” Deadline reported Nov. 26. “The movie will also premiere on Paramount+ in select international markets where the service is available, and launch on Nickelodeon’s international channels later in the year.”
“In HENRY DANGER THE MOVIE, Henry Danger (Jace Norman) meets a superfan — eager to fight crime with Kid Danger — who comes into possession of a device that can open up alternate realities. Facing a wild ride, Henry will need his best friend Jasper (Sean Ryan Fox) and his new superfan sidekick to find his way out or be stuck in another dimension forever,” Deadline says.

Other cast members include Ella Anderson, Michael D. Cohen, Frankie Grande and Glee Dango.
The original series was created by Dan Schneider and Dana Olsen and premiered on Nickelodeon in July 2014. It tells the story of Henry Hart, specially selected as an apprentice by local hero, Captain Man. As Henry tries to keep his new identity under wraps, he tries to balance his life as a high schooler/superhero-in-training.
“HENRY DANGER THE MOVIE is directed by Joe Menendez (STAR TREK: PICARD, LEGENDS OF THE HIDDEN TEMPLE, SNOWPIERCER) and written by Chris Nowak & Jake Farrow (HENRY DANGER, DANGER FORCE),” Deadline added. “Jace Norman serves as executive producer along with Menendez, Nowak and Farrow. Frankie Grande performs an original dance song ‘Smile,’ written by Samantha Martin, Niki Hexum & Zack Hexum.”
Grande told PEOPLE, “This project has been one of the most thrilling experiences of my career, and I can’t wait for the world to experience the chaos, the charm, and the unexpected twists. It’s truly a wild ride, and I’m so proud to finally share it with everyone!”
Coming Soon noted that this new feature follows Nickelodeon’s latest trend of following up on hit shows. The network recently launched ZOEY 102 and THE THUNDERMANS RETURN.
