HOME TOWN’s Ben Napier Gives Shoulder Injury Update

Ben Napier recently suffered a severe shoulder injury. The cause is unknown, but he relied on his wife, Erin, and two daughters to help in his recovery.
Ben posted a video on his Instagram of his shoulder covered in children’s band aids.
He said in the video, “The doctor says I have to wear the sling and do therapy for several weeks, but I got a secret weapon,” as he referred to Erin.
Ben captioned the video with, “I’ve got the BEST nursing staff at my house. Gonna be good in no time. #YoureWelcome #SpecialBandaids”
Erin also shared a photo of Ben in a sling on the couch surrounded by stuffed animals.
She wrote, “Rotator cuff repaired ✅ , bone spur shaved off ✅ , cartilage trimmed ✅ , best nurse in the biz ✅ “
After the photos of Ben’s surgery were released, many fans commented well wishes. “The best kind of care! Sorry about the injury, I hope it’s a quick recovery so you can get back into the shop,” one commenter said. “You got this Big Ben ? praying for you,” said another. “Wishing you a speedy recovery,” another fan said.

HGTV stars Erin and Ben Napier recently revealed why their daughters will not be allowed on social media until they’re out of high school.
The Napiers are parents to Helen, 5, and Mae, 21 months.
The couple recently shared that it’s their “personal policy” not to let their girls on social media “until they’re done with high school [and] old enough to see it for what it is.”
They also talked about why they try to keep photos and videos of their daughters offline as well, saying that they wouldn’t have wanted their childhoods uploaded to the internet.
“How would I feel about it, if I went back in time and saw my mom posted all of this stuff for the world to see? How would I feel about that?” Erin explained.
Ben added, “What if you went back 30 years and started publicizing the things that I did, and my brothers and my friends, before I knew better?”
“It’s our job to build a hedge of protection around their heart until they’re strong enough to fight that battle,” Erin said.
The Napiers do share photos of Helen and Mae from time to time, but keep their faces out of view.
