LOVE IT OR LIST IT’s David Visentin is enjoying this show’s new season despite his co-star, Hilary Farr’s, departure.
The show’s newest season just premiered on Monday, Entertainment Now reported.
Visentin announced April 15 that he’s looking for Greater Toronto Area candidates for the show.
“If your current home isn’t working for you — then we’re here to help!” Visentin said. “If you’re in the GTA (and surrounding areas) and have a design budget of at least $75,000, apply to be on this exciting series.”
Homeowners must live outside of their home while the house is being renovated and be available to be on camera for six to eight weeks.
Farr announced her exit from the show in 2023 and has now been replaced by designer Page Turner. Turner is based in Toronto and has worked on the shows FIX MY FLIP and FLIP OR FLOP NASHVILLE, BATTLE ON THE MOUNTAIN, ROCK THE BLOCK and more, according to House Beautiful.
“I’m overwhelmed with all the ‘feels’ when I think about how my time on the network has led me to ‘Love It or List It,’ Turner said, revealing she was a longtime fan of the show. “It feels surreal — like a whirlwind of excitement and collision of emotions! I still get emotional every time I stop and think, ‘Wait, Page, YOU are the new co-host of ‘Love It or List It!’”
The show’s 20th season also took place in Toronto.
Farr, 73, is currently in remission for breast cancer, House Beautiful reported.
“I’ve given it so many years of my life. It’s got me through hard times. It’s got the audiences through hard times. It has evolved into a mainstay of people’s lives and it’s been incredibly gratifying,” she said earlier this year. “But now it’s time for me to move on and meet new challenges.”

Farr and David Visentin picked up some of their old banter on Instagram earlier this month. Farr explained in a video that she’s renovating her kitchen.
“Here’s the dilemma, do I renovate to love it? Or do I renovate to list it?” she said.
“Are you really going to make me say it? Of course you design to List It! You know where to reach me ;)” Visentin said, hinting that he couldn’t resist dropping a comment.
Farr replied, “Ha!! You’re on my speed dial. Wait-is that an archaic reference..📞☎️”
