Matteo Bocelli Talks New Family Christmas Album, Credits God For His Singing Talents

Matteo Bocelli, son of renowned singer Andrea Bocelli, recently stopped by Fox News to share his own musical talents with a special Christmas performance.
Matteo and his younger sister Virginia teamed up with Bocelli to release their first family album, A Family Christmas.
“I’m super happy to be back with my father on a project,” he shared. “And also with my sister, Virginia, for the first time.”
When asked about his faith, Matteo was quick to detail the role it plays in his family’s lives.
“We are a very religious family,” he explained. “We always say, ‘Success is made of two elements.’ One element, anyone can get, it’s the technique. The other one is the talent and only God can give it to you.”
Matteo also talked about his solo career and record deal with Capitol Records, calling it “a dream.”
He then sat down at the piano to perform his beautiful rendition of “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas.”

For years, singer Andrea Bocelli has wowed audiences across the world with his one-of-a-kind voice.
However, his upcoming album features the voices of his family as the holiday season approaches.
Bocelli announced that he recorded a new Christmas album with his son Matteo, 24, and ten-year-old daughter Virginia.
The album, called “A Family Christmas,” is set to debut on Oct. 21.
“There’s nothing more beautiful than making music with your kids,” Bocelli said. “I consider it a privilege.”
“We are offering our small, intimate, and heartfelt gift to anyone who wishes to enjoy the soundtrack of Christmas in the Bocelli home,” the family wrote.
“Singing these songs together, feeling the holiday warmth with my family is something really special,” Matteo added. “That’s what Christmas is about – making memories together to cherish forever. It’s really exciting to think that people will have a copy of our album sitting wrapped under the tree.”
The album comprises classic Christmas songs, new songs, and solo tracks. The song, ‘ The Greatest Gift,’ is set to release on Sept. 8 and features all three family members.
