Miami Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa Throws 6 TDs In Incredible Comeback Win

The Miami Dolphins recently came back from a 21-point deficit to defeat the Baltimore Ravens and start their season 2-0 for the first time since 2018.
Led by their quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, the Dolphins became the first NFL team since 2011 to overcome at least 21-points in the fourth quarter to win the game.
“We expect that from [Tagovailoa]. We’re confident in him; he’s confident in himself,” Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle said after the game.
Tagovailoa and Waddle played at Alabama, and their chemistry proved essential for the Dolphins’ win. Tagovailoa threw the game-winning touchdown to Waddle with 14 seconds remaining on the game clock.
“It felt good. We were executing on all cylinders,” Tagovailoa said. “And then there were times when we didn’t execute, and no one panicked. Everyone just came back into the huddle, and we regrouped, and we went back out there and tried to execute whatever play we were given.”
Tagovailoa, an outspoken Christian, is no stranger to comebacks. Tagovailoa helped pull Alabama out of a 13-point deficit in the national championship game against Georgia.
After their comeback win, Tagovailoa gave glory to God.
“First and foremost, I’d like to thank my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. With Him, all things are possible,” he said at the time.
In September 2019, Tagovailoa said that Christ is the greatest gift humans could ever receive.
“The greatest gift that God could’ve ever given us was His Son,” Tagovailoa told CBN in an interview. “It’s not just a matter of hearing what Jesus Christ is. It’s a matter of getting to know who Jesus Christ is — to really understand and really feel the identity of who you are because of things that He’s done. And I’d say you can only find your identity through Him, if you know Him.”
Tagovailoa hopes to continue the solid start for the season after several disappointing years for the Dolphins.
