Former Model Praises Jesus for 39th Birthday After Breast Cancer Battle

Former model Nicole Weider just celebrated her 39th birthday, a milestone she’s grateful for after her battle with breast cancer.
“I had the best time with my family and some friends celebrating my 39th birthday in gorgeous Dorado, Puerto Rico at the Ritz Carlton! ???” she posted on Instagram. “We were missing some family members and others but I felt so loved and full of joy! It wasn’t just a party—it was a celebration of my life, resilience, and the milestones that mean so much more after a journey like mine fighting cancer. I was reminded of how precious every moment is. I’ve learned to embrace joy fully and unapologetically, knowing how far I’ve come. “
She continued, reflecting on her battle with stage 4 cancer. The former model is currently in remission.

She concluded by thanking God for all he has done: “Here’s to many more birthdays, more precious memories with my family and friends, and more moments like these. ❤️??Thank you Jesus.”
Fans celebrated alongside Weider. “Happy birthday Nicole! ? may this year be full of blessings and good health for you. You’re an inspiration to many of us. ❤️ ?” one user commented. Another person said, “Praise God, what a beautiful testimony of faith and love ?”
Throughout her battle, Weider has seen God at work, saying she “felt God’s love like never before.”
“Going through it has been one of the hardest things I have ever gone through,” she said. “Fighting breast cancer has made me a much stronger woman and while I will never understand the full reasons why it happened to me; I can already see how God has been using my struggles to refine and mold me and help some others.”
