Pure Flix actress and co-founder Andrea Logan White revealed on an IGTV video Isaiah 40:31 as her guiding bible verse for 2020.
“My word for this year is ‘fly,’” White said. “2018 was ‘Dream Big’, 2019 was ‘Rise Up’ and 2020 is fly,” she continued.
White went on to paraphrase the prophet Isaiah’s words that read, “But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” – Isaiah 40:31 (NIV)

During the video, White detailed the need to have grace and compassion for others, something her pastor spoke about to kick-off 2020.
White also encouraged viewers with the verse found in Isaiah that hard times are only for a season.
“We are called to fly and if you are going through something really horrific right now just rise up [and] fly above it. This too shall pass, you’re not alone, I love you guys.”
White said that she has a heart for people walking through hard times because it mirrors her own testimony. White said, “I have a story that’s not pretty. It’s never been pretty.”
However, White knows that God is bigger than challenging circumstances. “What is coming out of us [in those hard times] is the proof that God is working.”
