Sadie Robertson Huff was hospitalized after contracting food poisoning while at a conference in Destin, Florida.
The influencer shared the news on her Instagram, writing, “What a whirlwind of a couple of days!”
In the video, Huff showed off her little baby bump, expressing her gratitude for her baby’s safety.
“Thursday night we got to Florida to enjoy some family time before I was supposed to speak Saturday morning at a conference in Destin,” she continued to write. “Friday afternoon I got hit with what we think was food poisoning and it was rough….I ended up in the hospital having consistent contractions every 3 minutes for a couple of hours. Thankfully I got the best care in a hospital and they were able to confirm I was not in pre-term labor just the aftermath of the food poisoning.”
Huff told the event coordinators she would be unable to speak on Saturday morning, but she did attend a Q&A session in the evening.
The mother-of-two decided to wear a shirt that said “Cast your cares,” because “honestly it was speaking to me.”
On Sunday morning, Huff found herself at the doctor again, this time with “a sinus infection and bronchitis.”
“This pregnancy has been wild, but I am just so thankful baby is kicking around in the womb unbothered by the wild ride we’ve been on,” Huff said. “Praying we make a turn today! Sharing because Instagram can’t just get all the good stuff – we gotta have a little reality up in here! My body hurts, but I’m thankful for it. God is good!”
The former DUCK DYNASTY concluded the post with 1 Peter 5: 7 (ESV): “casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.”
On Valentine’s Day, Huff announced the news of her and her husband Christian’s third child on Instagram. The post included photos of Sadie, Christian and daughters Honey and Haven, holding the ultrasound images of the third child.

“Our hearts are so full 🥹 another little love joining the Huff family,” the soon-to-be mom of the three wrote in the caption.
The next big conference Robertson Huff will speak at is the Live Original Sister conference on Sept. 5-6. The conference will include several speakers, worship artists and Huff as the conference host.
The conference will help women “see with new eyes.”
“Eyes to see Jesus, to see others with His love, and to see the purpose He has set before us,” a post on the Live Original Instagram page explained.
Despite the multiple doctor visits this past week, Huff remains grateful to God that her baby is healthy.
