Will This Reality Star Return to the Small Screen?

CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST star Savannah Chrisley might be returning to the world of reality TV!
“We were working with a production company, and things were going great,” she said in a recent interview with PEOPLE. “And then, there were some things that were done that I did not like. I backed out. I stepped away, and I said, ‘I’m done. I am not working. I’m not getting myself in a situation I don’t feel comfortable and safe in.’”
But Chrisley hasn’t given up on a return to the small screen — she told the magazine she is now “in talks” with a “very well-known big production company.”
“A network already said they want it. They want it on air [on] August 11th, which, ironically, is my birthday. So, we’ll see,” she said. “They’re working on schedules now, and they want to start shooting. I mean, if it’s going to be on air in August…it’s got to start happening quick. So, that’s really honestly all that I know right now.”
Chrisley continued, “I have been so focused on all of my other businesses, and mom and dad, that I let agents deal with the TV side of things.”
In addition to dealing with all of her business ventures, Chrisley is also the legal guardian of younger siblings Chloe, 12, and Grayson, 18, following their parents Todd and Julie Chrisley’s imprisonment.
“I wasn’t expecting to get two kids,” she told PEOPLE in another interview. “So, between that, legal expenses to fight for my parents, I am just like anyone else out here. Sure, I put a smile on my face. I look the part, I play the part. But it doesn’t mean I actually am the part. You fake it till you make it. That’s the world that we live in.”
Chrisley continued, “I’ve had to work multiple jobs. I sell houses. I do podcasting. I do social media influencing. I do anything that comes my way. I’m no better than anyone else out here, to have to struggle. And I am not lazy. I know that I have two kids to provide for, and I know I have two parents that I need to get home. So, I’ll work…till the wee hours of the morning if I have to. It’s just who I am.”

She explained to the outlet, via Fox News, that her “Unlocked” podcast has helped her support her family financially, as well as get more comfortable expressing her political opinions. However, Chrisley shared that her views have limited her sponsorship deals, as she was told advertisers “don’t want to touch conservative.”
“That was a tough thing for me because once again, I was being forced in a hole of — do I stand for what I believe in, or do I feed my family. Which one?” she said. “We should never live in a world where your job is in jeopardy, because of [a] difference of beliefs.”
