TBN Celebrates 50 Years on Air

Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) is celebrating 50 years on the air.
The network was launched in 1973 as a local, part-time channel. It is now one of America’s most-watched faith/family channels.
“TBN’s first fifty years was a miraculous journey,” TBN President Matt Crouch said about this milestone. “But I’m even more excited for the next fifty. My parents had no choice but to pour every resource into simply building a distribution platform.”
He continued, “Today through the Internet, a global broadcast platform we didn’t have to create, TBN is connected to every screen in the world, allowing us to prioritize the production of content at a level of quality, excellence, and impact previously unseen in Christian programming.”
To celebrate this 50-year anniversary, TBN has an exciting slate of projects set to come out this year, including a four-part docuseries about the history of the channel and a special celebrating the anniversary and Pentecost Sunday.
This year, TBN will also partner with Fathom events for THE JOURNEY: A MUSIC SPECIAL WITH ANDREA BOCELLI and ROUTE 60: THE BIBLICAL HIGHWAY.

The Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), recently announced that their TBN Free Ad-Supported Television (FAST) channel is available on Amazon Freevee.
TBN is the most-watched Christian network and TBN joining Freevee will offer more options to audiences to watch uplifting, faith-filled content.
