Tim Tebow to Speak at National Day of Prayer Breakfast

Tim Tebow has been named a keynote speaker for the Southwest Florida Community Prayer Breakfast, taking place on May 4, 2023.
“Tim Tebow has dedicated his life to the service of Christ while reaching the greatest heights in professional football. He has a true passion for helping people reach their highest potential in Christ,” said Ron Inge, president, Southwest Florida Community Prayer Breakfast, Inc.
“We are looking forward to hearing his message to our community on this special day,” he added.
Many know Tebow for the former NFL star’s devotion to his faith and his work through the Tim Tebow Foundation whose goal is to bring “faith, hope and love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need.”
Recently, Tebow and his foundation have been fighting trafficking in Thailand.

Tim Tebow and his foundation are raising money to build the TTF Protection Center in Thailand as a place to protect up to forty girls rescued from human trafficking.
In a recent Instagram video, Tebow shared, “A few years ago, we deepened our fight in this terrible evil in the world of human trafficking and child exploitation. And in the last 365 days, we’re so excited to share with you that we have grown so much and been part of rescuing thousands and building safe homes in so many different countries.”
Movieguide® previously reported on the work Tebow’s foundation does to fight trafficking. “We’re in 67 countries and we’re building more hospitals right now and we’re building more special needs orphanages and villages and rescuing girls from trafficking. And, I just am so passionate about that.”
Tebow launched this newest campaign with RAPHA International, an organization “committed to offering hope and healing to survivors of child slavery and sexual exploitation.”
This home will specifically “provide elevated security for at-risk survivors while their traffickers face prosecution.”

As the closing speaker, Tebow spoke on right prioritization regarding what is truly worthwhile, characteristically pointing his listeners directly to Jesus Christ.
“We get to be part of the greatest rescue mission in the history of the world because of what Jesus did on the cross.”
He added: “We’re going to run, we’re … going to remember the grace and what God has done in our life, and we’re not going to stop….Let’s make sure this year we’re passionate about the cause of Christ because we know it’s the only thing that’s worth it.”
