Tim Tebow Urges Followers to Make Jesus Their Passion

NFL star Tim Tebow challenged his Instagram followers to look at their lives to see if they are more passionate about anything other than Jesus.
Tebow wrote, “IG Fam, what are you most passionate about in life? Are you more passionate about that than Jesus?”
In the video, Tebow said, “What are you most passionate about? It doesn’t mean those things are wrong. Being passionate about sports isn’t wrong. Being passionate about school isn’t wrong. Being passionate about your job, your occupation, I would say it’s a good thing.”
“But is it more than Jesus? Is it more than the call on your life? Is it more than hurting people? Or is it in its proper place?” he asked.
Tebow has lived this out by keeping Jesus first throughout his many successes.
After his successful college football career, Tim Tebow was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the first round of the 2010 NFL draft. He played for the Broncos, New York Jets, New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles during his professional football career, primarily as a quarterback.
During that time, Tebow was known for his strong Christian faith and often expressed his beliefs on and off the field, leading to a significant following among fans and drawing attention from the media.
After retiring from professional football, Tim Tebow pursued a baseball career and played in the minor leagues as an outfielder and designated hitter in the New York Mets organization.
He also engaged in philanthropic activities and charitable work through the Tim Tebow Foundation, which focuses on supporting children with special needs, building hospitals, and assisting in natural disasters.
The Tim Tebow Foundation aims to “pursue the vision of finding, reaching, and fighting for the Most Vulnerable People in every country worldwide, while sharing with them about the God who created them in His own image and who loves them with a perfect and lasting love.”
As an influential figure with a strong Christian faith, Tim Tebow has frequently spoken at churches, conferences and Christian events, sharing his testimony and inspiring others with his message of faith and perseverance.
