- Content: WAR ROOM Actor TC Stallings Wants to Help Christian Actors

If you loved the Kendrick Brothers feature movie WAR ROOM, then leading man T.C. Stallings will look familiar to you. The Christian actor has something new up his sleeve: coaching fellow actors.
Titled UNcompromised, the coaching set spearheaded by Stallings is all-encompassing, covering key coaching on acting, auditioning and how to get agents.
“I did an online search for ‘Christian Actor Coaching,’ [and] nothing [came up],” Stallings said. “I quickly realized that there just were not any industry professionals looking out for Christian performers that want to get better. I began to pray, and over time, God led me to fill this need.”
Stallings wants to help Christian actors to learn how to proceed in Hollywood while walking hand in hand with Jesus. The course also addresses how to grapple with all the emotional struggles that come with being an actor, like overcoming fear, recognizing industry temptation, finding validation, and most of all remaining uncompromised.
Uncompromised is a program offering 32-sessions of coaching and over two hours of content.
Stallings initially wasn’t interested in acting until the Lord caught his attention.
According to Christian Film Blog, he was playing football for NFL Europe, with no plans to leave the sport, when he saw FIREPROOF, a Christian movie about a married couple in turmoil, who’s marriage is saved by God.
He recognized the emotional impact the movies had on audiences and wanted to do more for God’s kingdom by becoming an actor.
Since then, God led him to book commercials with Golden Corral, NFL, SoFi, Under Armour, and Sleep Number. The Kendrick Brothers cast him in COURAGEOUS and then in his starring role in WAR ROOM, a movie about a married couple who comes together again through the power of prayer.
WAR ROOM won the 2016 Epiphany Prize at the 26th Annual Movieguide® Awards Gala. COURAGEOUS was nominated in 2009 for the Grace Award.
Stallings has encouraged others and given glory to God by authoring books such as The Pursuit: 14 Ways in 14 Days to Passionately seek God’s Purpose in your Life and Playing on God’s Team.
