‘What an Honor’: Jenny Marrs on Blessing Fort Morgan in HOME TOWN TAKEOVER

The season finale of HOME TOWN TAKEOVER just aired, and Jenny Marrs is taking some time to thank everyone involved.
The first season of HOME TOWN TAKEOVER was hosted by Erin and Ben Napier, but for the next season, the couple called on friends and fellow HGTV stars Dave and Jenny Marrs.
This season saw the Marrs and Napiers help revitalize Fort Morgan, from remodeling homes to working on local businesses.
“What an honor it has been to be a part of this town revitalization,” Jenny wrote on Instagram. “It’s amazing what good can come from a group of people willing to work hard to bless the people who are making a difference in their community. Fort Morgan is full of good people doing good things!”
She continued, “A big thank you to our friends @erinapier and @scotsman.co for asking us to be a part of this truly amazing project. We all share a passion for small towns and it’s been wonderful working together (along with so many others in our @hgtvfamily) to make this massive whole town revitalization happen!”

We are here in Fort Morgan, Colorado and this community and the stories we will get to share this season are truly inspiring. This show is a reminder that there is a lot of good still out there in the world. We can all make a difference and we can all lend a hand to a neighbor in need. I believe this show is going to be a bright light of hope and we are immensely honored to have been asked to partner with the Napiers to transform this town! Let’s do this

The Napiers and the Marrs’ will head to Fort Morgan, Colorado to do a town-wide makeover.
“It’s just a really cool town and it’s so much different from Wetumpka and Laurel, but at the same time, it has all of the same problems they had,” Ben told People about the new season.
“The town has a really fascinating history, a really diverse cultural background,” he continued. “And just like any small town across America, it has these really inherent charms about it. So we want to go and help them tell that story.”
The Marrs are equally excited about heading to Fort Morgan.
“We’re honored that Ben and Erin asked us to join them on this project, because we got a little taste of it last year and we just really loved the show,” Jenny gushed. “We love small towns, and so we feel really passionate about being a part of this.”
Dave added, I’m really excited to see what the people in the town do because it’s tough in a small town for small businesses, for the people. So to have an opportunity like this, it’s such a big thing.”
