You’ve Got to Hear THE VOICE Winner’s Take on This Classic

Season nine winner of THE VOICE, Jordan Smith, performed the classic Christmas song, “O Come, All Ye Faithful,” on the Trinity Broadcast Network.
Smith sang:
O come, all ye faithful, joyful and triumphant!
O come ye, O come ye, to Bethlehem
Come and behold Him
Born the King of Angels
O come, let us adore Him
O come, let us adore Him
O come, let us adore Him
Christ the Lord!
Smith recently joined Tauren Wells and Katy Nicole for a special “THIS IS JESUS Worship Experience.
At the end of the tour, the social media page for THIS IS JESUS wrote, “Words can’t express the gratitude we feel. The joy we experienced. The love we received. Our first-ever This Is Jesus Christmas Tour exceeded all of our expectations.”
“Every night of the tour, a handful of God’s children gathered for one purpose—to lift the name of Jesus and experience His love, His grace, His mercy, His power, and His glory together,” the account continued. Everyone involved in this tour was a vessel of God’s love. We’ll never forget how it felt to watch Tauren, Katy, & Jordan take the stage together to sing This Is Jesus, Joy In The Morning, and more.”
Smith also made an announcement for a new album called, “The People’s Hymnal.”
He made the announcement on his Instagram where he wrote, “If there’s a cloth I’ve been cut from, songs like these are the thread. The People’s Hymnal is coming 2/21.”
The track, “How Great Thou Art” is available now to get a sneak peek into what the album will be like.
“It set the tone for the album,” Smith said of the track. “When Tommy [Sims] brought me the arrangement, I couldn’t have dreamed how great it would be — this up-tempo version with long, soaring notes.”
