Zach Roloff Shares Health Update After Son’s Leg Surgery
By Movieguide® Contributor
Zach Roloff gave fans a health update on his son Josh, 5, after he underwent leg surgery last year.
The LITTLE PEOPLE BIG WORLD star posted a photo on Instagram, encouraging fans to talk about what was on their minds. One fan asked how Josh was doing.
“he’s good,” Roloff responded. “it’s tough because the screws in his legs help straighten the leg as he grows.”
He went on to explain, “Well for him he maybe grows a inch a year so it’s tough to see and won’t be obvious for awhile. A average person with same surgery you would see the difference a lot quicker.”
Another fan asked about Lilah, Roloff’s 3 year-old daughter, who suffers from strabismus, a condition that causes one eye to point inwards or outwards.
Roloff replied, “current plan is too wait till Lilah is talking better and can give us better feedback with the tests they do before moving forward.”
Movieguide® previously reported on the Roloff family:
LITTLE PEOPLE, BIG WORLD star Tori Roloff recently told her Instagram followers that she wouldn’t change anything about her family.
In a recent Instagram story, Roloff responded to a user wondering if she wished she “could have had the opportunity to know what it’s like to raise an average size child.”
“Absolutely not,” Roloff answered. “I’m obsessed with the three kids God gave me and I’d have it no other way.”
Roloff’s husband Zach and their three children, Jackson, Lilah, and Josiah, were all born with achondroplasia, the most common form of dwarfism.
Because Roloff is average height, another follower asked her about the “hardest part about being an average size mom of three little people.”
“Knowing that I’ll never be able to relate to my kids and can only sympathize,” she responded.
