More Detail:
“Full Hearts Clear Backpacks” is one of the more morally rooted episodes of the MR. IGLESIAS sitcom on Netflix. Vice Principal Carlos hands out clear backpacks to each of the students so the faculty may see what they’re carrying into school. The students then protest as they feel that the clear backpacks are a violation of their privacy and rights as citizens of the United States. Carlos tries to gain more control over the students but fails when Gabe Iglesias, the history teacher, supports the students’ privacy while maintaining their learning environment.
The “Full Hearts Clear Backpacks” episode of MR. IGLESIAS is a little more serious than other episodes, but the episode is still well done. Overall, it has a strong moral worldview with some light patriotic elements supporting a couple American values. However, it’s marred by some light politically correct elements that create a picture of the American justice system that’s too negative. Also, it has some lewd jokes and foul language. So, MOVIEGUIDE® advises extreme caution overall for the “Full Hearts Clear Backpacks” episode of MR. IGLESIAS.
