8 Ways Christian Celebrities Are Praying in the Wake of Multiple Mass Shootings
By Movieguide® Contributor
When tragedy strikes, Christian hearts turn toward the Father, crying out on behalf of victims, wondering where God is in the midst of tragedy.
This weekend, gunmen attacked in two cities. First in El Paso, with over 22 people shot to death at a Walmart.
Second, in Dayton, Ohio, where a gunman murdered nine people who were enjoying the nightlife.
Here are some of the responses of prayer as we seek to not become desensitized to massacres.

So many people to pray for at Mass this morning:
“Put to death…immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, the greed that is idolatry. Stop lying to one another…Here there is not Greek/Jew,barbarian/Scythian, slave/free; but Christ is all and in all.— Patricia Heaton (@PatriciaHeaton) August 4, 2019
In the face of evil and tragedy be not weary in well doing. Never cease to be moved by the suffering of others.
Mourn with those who mourn.
